I build agent systems — the parts that decide, verify and hand over, rather than the demo that answers once. Most of that work is private to the teams it runs for; what generalises, I publish as skills.

A skill is a written procedure an agent loads when it recognises the situation. Mine cover the unglamorous half of the work: routing a task to the right model, proving a change before it lands, asking a person the one question only they can answer, and saying honestly what is done and what is not.
